The Revealing of Obama

Did you realize that Barack Obama may be the last president of the United States, or as some believe (like myself), alleged president?

Although the Bible does not specifically name Obama in its many prophesies, the Bible does indicate that circumstances currently surrounding Obama's administration are clearly prophesied. I've listed the top 6 Bible prophesies that directly come out of or are influenced by this current Obama reign.

1. The timing of his election. It may be that there is but a single presidential term left before the Great Tribulation or the 6,000 year plan God (Mathematical Evidence - The End of This Age) has for man and the fulfillment of related prophecies in the Book of Revelation. Barack Obama’s very presence (as well as his planned and unplanned actions) should be enough to enable the fulfillment of various end-time prophecies including the King of the North and the King of the South prophesied in Daniel 11:36-45 and the one world governmental and religious system prophesied in Revelation 13 and 17.
   
2. Barack Obama may be part of the fulfillment of Deuteronomy 28:43. This prophesy speaks about the end-time where a 'stranger' or 'sojourner' will rule over an end-time superpower and will create such debt within his nation that this superpower will completely lose its international leadership status and other nations will destroy its national sovereignty. Since the Roe vs. Wade pro-abortion decision, the United States has became the greatest debtor nation in the history of humankind. Since the USA owes alien nations trillions of dollars, it appears that the curse in Deuteronomy 28:44 of having to borrow from aliens is happening to it now. Obama has put forth economic policies, the latest being Nationalized Health Care, that will increase that debt, yet, the Bible specifically warns that increasing national debt like this will lead to destruction at the appointed time of the end in Habakkuk 2:3,6-8. One of the first actual changes that Barack Obama implemented was reversing one or more executive orders that will likely lead to more abortions. The Bible clearly teaches that abortion is wrong (Exodus 20:13, Exodus 21:22-25, Psalms 139:13-16, Jeremiah 1:4-5, Jeremiah 22:3) and a terrible national sin, yet, on March 9, 2009, Obama lifted a ban on embryonic stem cell research.
   
3. To a great degree, women put Obama in power. The Bible specifically warns about women ruling over a nation (Isaiah 3:12). The highest cabinet post in Barack Obama’s administration went to Hillary Clinton. Two of his top economic advisers are also women. Barack Obama has also received advice from Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the US House of Representatives (who has been criticized for her pro-abortion stance and now is seeking Sonia Sotomayor as a replacement to another retiring Federal Supreme Court justice. Coincidently, Sotomayor is an alleged pro abortionist. The only person in the Bible named "Barak" relied to heavily upon women (Judges 4:4-9).
   
4. In a policy shift from past administrations, Barack Obama has pledged increased cooperation with the Europeans, including strengthening their defense systems. This cooperation is likely to lead to the rise of the prophesied King of the North (probably the European Union), who is to be the final 'Beast' leader prophesied in Revelation 13 and 17.
   
5. Barack Obama has called for increased dialog with those considered as enemies of the USA. Even some Shiite Muslims believe that his presidency may lead to the rise of their Mahdi, who seems to be the same person that the Bible calls the King of the South (Daniel 11:40).
6. An increase of military action in Afghanistan, which Obama has ordered, may stretch USA military commitments. Because of domestic economic concerns and international pressures, Barack Obama is likely to shift priorities away from defense spending and encourage the Europeans to increase their military might. This will help lead to the destruction of the United States, when the Europeans are ready and the USA is not.
   

Although Barack Obama may be well meaning and is encouraging Americans to back him as he works on his economic agenda, the majority of Americans are completely oblivious and unconcerned with what Bible prophecy teaches will occur in the latter days or the end-time. Obama is implementing dangerous policies for the United States that will result in more abortions and other sins in this nation.

Believe it or not, the Bible teaches us to pray for our leaders. Yes, even Obama, who desperately needs our prayers. The Apostle Paul wrote in 1 Timothy 2:1-4:

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Without national repentance, the United States is in for big time trouble. The focus of these United States of America needs to be on turning to the God of the Bible and His 10 Commandments and not simply on the hope that President Obama will somehow stave off economic disaster while ignoring the nation’s sins. Our only hope is Jesus Christ.

Regardless of what Obama does or does not do during his term, because of the timing of his presidency and what the Bible teaches will occur during this time, it appears that Barack Obama will play a major role in setting the stage for the ecumenical and political King of the North and the Muslim King of the South prophesied in Daniel 11:36-45 and Revelation 13/17.
